Our Smart Referral Program is a program that allows our customers to earn unlimited free monitoring for referring new customers to us. Services eligible for referral rewards include: Home or Business monitored security system, hosted Video system, hosted Access Control system, or any other variety of hosted or monitored services we provide. System takeovers are considered a new Home or Business security activation and are included. Each successful referral will result in both the Referrer, our existing customer who makes a referral, and the Referee, the new customer who is referred to us through the program, earning two months of free monitored or hosted services or a $100 credit on your account for each the Referrer and the Referee. Whichever service is lower will be applied.
