Smart Control Plan:

-Arming & Disarming Control-
We will provide access to smartphone apps/portal that allow client to remotely arm/disarm system.

-Communication Backup Control-
We will provide cellular backup services to ensure system communication.

-Connected Device Control-
We will provide access to smartphone apps/portal that allow client to remotely control connected devices.


Smart Connect Plan:

-Internet Camera Connection-
We will provide an internet camera with viewing access via a smartphone or computer.

-Open/Close & Activity Connection-
We will provide access to MyVyanet.com for viewing open/close activity on system. Client may also receive open/close activity via text or email notification. System contact to our monitoring center will be checked regularly to ensure your system is communicating, in the event open/close signals are not initiated for an extended period.

-Monitoring Center Connection-
We will view your internet camera after an alarm event to enhance dispatch response. Customer agrees to comply with all federal, state and local laws regarding the notice of the existence of surveillance cameras or audio recording devices installed by Dealer and agrees to indemnify and hold Dealer harmless for any claim related thereto.


Smart Protect Plan:

-$10,000 Loss Protection-
We will pay for the first $10,000 of a loss in a protected and monitored area, if a forced entry is undetected and the proper authority has not been dispatched. Increases the maximum amount of damages for which the Dealer can be liable, as set forth in the original contract, to $10,000; all other terms and conditions of the original contract, including Limitation of Damages, remains in full force and effect.

-Equipment Replacement Protection-
We will provide without charge replacement labor and parts for any intrusion system component that fails under normal usage and conditions, during the term of the contract. First annual inspection will be done at plan inception, and at that time we will replace up to $100 of defective equipment.

-Repair & Maintenance Protection-
We will provide same day emergency service during regular business hours for system problems reported by client before 10A, Monday thru Friday. Upon request, client is eligible for one free system inspection per year.
